I need to change my shipping address.
It is our policy that all orders are finalized when they are submitted. We can not guarantee the ability to change the shipping address after an order is placed.
That's tha policy but we will help you change an address if we are able to.
All of our shipments go through three stages. As orders come in they are in the "Receiving" stage. At this point we have not reviewed them and it's usually possible to adjust the shipping address as they are processed.
Just before processing each batch of orders we try to review all customer correspondence that relates to address changes. Any requests that we've received by the start of processing will be generally handled with no problems but we don't always have time to review all of our messages.
Depending on our work load and schedule we may process some packages within a few minutes, a few hours or a few days of receiving them. Orders may be processed on any day at any time. Processing within minutes is great if you are hoping to receive your order sooner but it's a problem if the address is wrong. Once it's processed it's out of our system and into the fulfillment system. No further changes can be made.

When non-instant payment methods are used the order remains in the "received" state until the payment is received.
This is a good thing when changes are needed since the window of time to make changes is several days longer.

There are a few options for changing an incorrect address with UPS. First we need to determine if the incorrect address is deliverable or not.
UPS will leave packages at deliverable addresses unless they are contacted prior to delivery. Packages sent to undeliverable addresses will be returned to the nearest UPS distribution point where they may be held or returned to the sender.
Occasionally an incorrect address will be deliverable and it will be possible for you to pick up your package at the incorrect address. If you accidentally mixed up your house number for example, and your package was scheduled to be delivered to a neighbor, your best option would be to contact the neighbor directly if possible. If you were able to contact UPS in time they could also change the address but they would charge you a $10 fee in addition to re-charging the amount paid for shipping.
Let's try to determine the best course of action for your situation.

When it's possible to allow delivery to the incorrect address, and then pick the package up yourself, this is usually the best option. You may be able to contact someone at the incorrect address before the delivery and let them know the situation.
You'll also want to keep an eye on the tracking information. If the recipient at the incorrect address refuses the delivery, or if the address turns out to be undeliverable, this will be noted in the tracking info. When this happens you'll often be able to have UPS hold the package at their local distribution center where you can pick it up the following day.

To have a packaged held for you at the local distribution center you'll need to call 1-800-PICKUPS and provide the tracking number of the package. UPS will have you verify the original shipping address and they'll make arrangements to have the package held instead of loaded on the truck for delivery.
If retrieving the package from the inccorect address is not possible you'll need to contact UPS before the package is delivered (if possible).
One option is to request that the package be held at the distribution center for direct pickup. This will allow you to pickup the package yourself. If you're able to contact UPS before the package arrives at your local distribution center you will generally be able to pickup the package a day sooner than if you had to wait for the attempted delivery to the incorrect address.
The other option is to pay UPS to redirect and reship the package to your correct address. After the package has been delivered this is the only option that remains. UPS charges $10 for the redirect as well as additional shipping charges.

After a package ships with the post office or UPS Mail Innovations there is no way for us to change it's course. I'd love to be more helpful to you but if the package can not be recoverd it has to be written off as a loss.

Without knowing the shipping carrier I can't be of much help.
You indicated earlier that you had received tracking information. Please click the red arrow beside "Let's Track my Package" below and a new window will open with some tracking options. You'll be able to track your package and learn who the carrier is.
Afterward you can return to this page and continue by choosing UPS or Post Office above.

I'd like to add something to my order.
One of the ways we ensure our customers safety is by not storing any credit card information locally on our server. Unfortunately this prevents us from being able to add items and charges to an existing order.
The best option is to place a second order for the additional items as soon as possible, then immediately after, submit a special form that will let us know to look for both orders and try to combine them if possible.
Sometimes it's possible to do so and others times it's not. We can not guarantee that we'll be able to combine the orders and we can not guarantee that all combined orders will receive a shipping credit. For this reason it is very important that you only place the second order in cases when you would be happy with it shipping separately.
