No, I never received an order confirmation email.
This can sometimes be because we never received your order (a pretty big deal), but usually it's because our email ended up in your spam box. It can also be because the email address had a problem when our server tried to deliver it.

That's good. It means we received your order and we have the correct email address.

Awesome! You can check over the shipping address and make sure everything looks right. The easiest way to track your package is to use the tracking link in the tracking email. It's also possible to track your order using your order number on this page. After you track your package please return to the Service Solver and choose an option below to continue.

We'll need to search our system for your order. It may have been held for some reason or it's possible that we never received it. We always attempt to contact customers if the order is held but occasionally the contact information is not correct or doesn't allow us to reach you. (emails sent to spam and voice mailbox full) In any case we'll use the information you give us now to find your order if it's in our system and we'll get back to you asap with some answers.
